We are still rolling out rooms from our big project with Tri Pointe Homes, and this week, we’re showing off the little girl’s bedroom designed by KPD for the Trailside Coastal Modern home. In this space, I went with an amazing mural wallpaper by Anewall, a rustic wooden bed and dresser combination, and a feminine pendant light. I added a rocking chair for curling up with a book with a parent keeping functionality in mind, some people prefer to read with their kids snuggled up in bed, but I always enjoy having a rocking chair for this age group. The bed, dresser, and majority of the design choices in this room are also options that can grow with the child and be used for years to come. I don’t like to lock myself into furniture designed with the toddler in mind as they outgrow it quickly.

We couldn’t be happier with this whimsical, bright and airy little girl’s bedroom we came up with and hope it fills you with inspiration.
