New Project {Nautical Sophistication}

A new project that I have coming down the line is going to be a fun one. A great couple out of Seattle have decided to sell there house and most of their belongings to set sail on their new yacht and on it to retirement. Thats when you know you have arrived! How amazing! They have asked me to refresh their new home while it is still docked locally. I’m going to have to brush up on my nautical language!

While the boat is new to them, it is not particularly new inside and out. It is a beautiful 60′ yacht with two staterooms 2 full bathrooms and a small bunk room on the lower level. The main deck is complete with a lovely living area, that leads out to the open deck with a dining area and kitchen area at the aft. The light pours in from both sides of the boat which I love. Take a look at the pictures below of what it currently looks like. Already beautiful right? Doesn’t need much to make this boat absolutely sing.

I’m really excited to get this project going and freshen everything up! Stay tuned for updates on color selections and decorating a “nautical environment”. You don’t have to put lighthouses and shells on everything to style in a nautical way. I promise!
